What will we do?
Between Vineyards and Anatolia: Turkish Wine Pairing Dinner Turkey is one of the world’s oldest wine-producing regions, home to indigenous grape varieties that have given rise to wines with a truly unique identity. In this special experience, we invite you to discover some of its finest expressions through a 4-course pairing dinner + dessert. We will begin with Pasaeli Blanc de Noirs, an elegant and vibrant wine crafted from red grapes vinified as a white wine, paired with traditional Turkish Eggs, where the creaminess of yogurt and aromatic spices highlight the wine’s freshness and complexity. Next, we will enjoy Çalkarası Rosé, made from one of Turkey’s most emblematic grape varieties. Its delicate notes of red berries and flowers find perfect balance alongside Baba Ganoush, a smoked eggplant dish that reflects the essence of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. The third course features Pasaeli Red House, an expressive and versatile blend paired with the classic Lahmacun, a thin, crispy flatbread topped with seasoned meat, fresh herbs, and bold flavors that evoke the streets of Anatolia. For the main course, we will taste Pasaeli Papaskarası, produced from a rare indigenous Turkish grape variety offering aromas of dark fruit, spices, and elegant structure. Its depth pairs beautifully with traditional Keftas, juicy meatballs seasoned with the region’s characteristic spices. The evening concludes with our House Baklava, the iconic Turkish dessert of delicate pastry layers and nuts—a sweet finale to a night dedicated to wine, history, and gastronomy. Special considerations
Cancellation and Reservation Modification Terms All reservations are confirmed once the corresponding payment has been completed. Payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. If a guest is unable to attend, they may request to reschedule their reservation for a future experience, subject to availability. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the experience. Cancellations, modifications, or rescheduling requests will not be accepted on the day of the event or experience. In the event of a no-show without prior notice within the required timeframe, the reservation will be considered used and will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of future dates and experiences organized by the establishment.
